 1. Digital Products & Downloads

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund Window: 7 days from purchase date
Condition: Product must not have been downloaded or accessed
Technical Issues: Full refund if product is defective or inaccessible

1.2 Non-Refundable Digital Items

Excluded Products:

  • Software that has been downloaded and installed

  • Digital content that has been accessed or viewed

  • Online courses after 2 lessons have been completed

  • Subscription-based digital services after trial period

  • Custom digital work or personalized content

1.3 Software and Apps

Defective Software: Full refund if software doesn't work as described
Compatibility Issues: Refund available if system requirements were misrepresented
License Transfers: Non-transferable licenses cannot be refunded after activation

4. Online Courses and Training

Early Refund: Full refund within 7 days if less than 10% of content accessed
Partial Progress: Prorated refund based on unused content
Completion Certificate: Refunds not available after certificate issuance

2. Services Refunds

2.1 Service Cancellation

Before Work Begins: Full refund available
Work in Progress: Refund based on work completed
Completed Services: No refund for satisfactorily completed work

2.2 Professional Services

Consultation Services:

  • Cancellation more than [24/48] hours before: Full refund

  • Cancellation less than [24] hours: [50%] refund

  • No-show: No refund

Project-Based Work:

  • Milestone-based refunds for uncompleted portions

  • Client-requested changes may affect refund eligibility

  • Scope changes documented and agreed upon separately

2.3 Recurring Services

Monthly Services: Cancel with [30] days notice
Annual Contracts: Prorated refund for unused months
Setup Fees: Non-refundable after work begins

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

Who Pays:

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We pay return shipping

  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping

  • International: Customer always pays return shipping

  • Use provided prepaid label when applicable

  • Insure valuable items

  • Obtain tracking confirmation

Packaging Requirements:

  • Secure packaging to prevent damage
